Indian Railway Finance Corporation is launching an Offer for Sale (OFS) to the public. Through this mechanism on the stock exchange, the promoting entities President of India are making a portion of their equity shares available to investors.

The offering features a base size of 26,13,70,120 shares (2% of Equity), along with a green shoe oversubscription option of 26,13,70,120 shares (2% of Equity), bringing the total issue size to 52,27,40,240 shares (4% of Equity). The base floor price is set at ₹104 per share (face value 10), and retail investors may be allotted shares at a cut-off price of ₹104 per share.

Regarding allocation, the non-retail bidding window operates from Feb 25, 2026 9:15 AM to Feb 25, 2026 3:30 PM. Subsequently, the retail bidding window is active from Feb 26, 2026 9:15 AM to Feb 26, 2026 3:30 PM. However, brokerages typically enforce an earlier cut-off time to process bids, ranging between 2:30 PM and 3:15 PM. The process follows a Price Priority allocation methodology. Furthermore, an OFS discount of 5.65% on the closing price is provided. To facilitate widespread participation, the offering reserves 2,61,37,012 specifically for retail investors, while 23,52,33,108 are reserved for non-retail buyers.
