Objective of the Issue
Company intends to utilize the gross proceeds raised through the Issue after deducting the Issue related expenses for the following objects:
- Funding the working capital requirements of the Company.
- Investment in our wholly owned subsidiary, SIPL, for funding its working capital requirements.
- Repayment, in full or in part, of certain borrowings availed by the Company.

About Company (Spunweb Nonwoven)
Spunweb Nonwoven Limited is a leading Indian manufacturer and supplier of polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabrics, established in 2015 and headquartered in Wankaner, Morbi district, Gujarat. The company transitioned from a private limited to a public limited entity in September 2024. The company operates five production lines across two plants, covering over 50,000 sq. yards.
- Main facility: 18,197 sq. metres in Wankaner, Rajkot
- Subsidiary facility (Spunweb India Private Limited): 15,580 sq. metres
As of FY24, Spunweb Nonwoven Limited has an installed capacity of 32,640 metric tons per annum, making it one of the largest manufacturers in India.
The company supplies to both domestic and international markets, with a customer base in the USA, UAE, Italy, Egypt, and more. In FY25, the company served over 485 domestic customers and more than 20 international clients. Company clients include RGI Meditech, Millennium Babycares, and Kwalitex Healthcare

- PP spunbond nonwoven fabrics (hydrophobic, hydrophilic, UV-treated, antistatic, flame-retardant)
- Laminated and colored nonwoven fabrics.
- Nonwoven fabric rolls and sheets.
- Nonwoven fabric bags.
- Specialised fabrics for hygiene (diapers, sanitary pads), healthcare (face masks, PPE kits), packaging, agriculture (weed control covers), roofing, and home furnishing.
