GSP Crop Science IPO is a Book Built Issue aggregating up to 400 crore. The issue consists of a fresh issue of 75,00,000 shares (aggregating up to 240 crore rupees) and an offer for sale of 50,00,000 shares (aggregating up to 160 crore rupees).
The IPO will open for subscription on 16 March 2026 and close on 18 March 2026. The basis of allotment will be finalized on 20 March 2026. The shares will be listed on NSE, BSE on 24 March 2026.
The price band for the IPO is set at ₹304 to ₹320 per share per share. The minimum amount required for a retail investor is ₹14,720 (46 shares, 1 lot). The minimum amount required for an sHNI investor is ₹2,06,080 (644 shares, 14 lots).
Equirus Capital Pvt Ltd and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Ltd is the lead manager and MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar of the IPO.
