Sambhv Steel Tubes IPO is a mainboard IPO, in which the company will raise up to ₹540.13 crore via this IPO. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹440.13 crore (6,58,69,291 shares), and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹100.00 crore (1,21,95,120 shares). This IPO will open on 25 June 2025 and close on 27 June 2025. Basis of Allotment will be decided on 30 June 2025, initiation of refund will begin on 1 July 2025 and finally IPO will be listed on 2 July 2025 at BSE and NSE.
