Laxmi India Finance IPO is a mainboard IPO, in which the company will raise up to ₹254.26 crore via this IPO. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹165.17 crore (1,04,53,575 shares), and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹89.09 crore (56,38,620 shares). This IPO will open on 29 July 2025 and close on 31 July 2025.
