IPO Review (Strength & Weakness)

Strength

  1. Focused niche in infrastructure solutions (gabion, retaining walls, slope protection) linked to high spend sectors like roads, railways, defence and mining.
  2. Strong return ratios and stable margins displays the reasonably efficient operations.
  3. Entirely a fresh issue, with proceeds mainly for working capital and some capex (capex requirements for purchasing of plant and machinery), which can support growth.

Weakness

  1. Business depends heavily on the infrastructure and government spending cycle, and tender based work is typically competitive with possible margin pressure.
  2. High leverage, any slowdown, delay or cancellations in infrastructure orders can create pressure because of interest costs.
