Travel Food Services IPO is a mainboard , in which the company will raise up to ₹2,000.00 crore via this IPO. The IPO comprises purely an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹2,000.00 crore (1,81,81,818 shares). This IPO will open on 7 July 2025 and close on 9 July. Basis of Allotment will be decided on 10 July 2025, initiation of refund will begin on 11 July 2025 and finally IPO will be listed on 14 July 2025 at BSE and NSE.
